中文摘要：该文运用文献资料法、调查法等研究方法对深圳、珠海、惠州等市公共体育场馆、经营高危险性体育项目(游泳)从业人员、行业标准制度进行分析,得出:有关市体育行政部门对高危险性体育项目安全生产主体责任仍未很好落实;未建立安全台账;隐患排查治理工作不够完善;部分酒店、乡村泳池未办理游泳经营许可、未配置救生员或安排未取得救生员证的社会人员参与救生等问题。

外文摘要：By using the methods of literature review and investigation,this paper analyzes the public stadiums and gymnasiums in Shenzhen,Zhuhai,Huizhou and other cities,the employees engaged in high-risk sports(swimming),and the industry standard system.It is concluded that the relevant municipal sports administrative departments have not yet implemented the main responsibility for the safety production of high-risk sports projects,and have not established safety account,hidden danger investigation and treatment work is not high and perfect.Some hotels and rural swimming pools did not apply for swimming business license,did not have lifeguards or arranged for social personnel who did not obtain lifeguard certificates to participate in the rescue.
