中文摘要:2012年7月在广东徐闻海域采集澄黄滨珊瑚、大管孔珊瑚和丛生盔形珊瑚,分解获得珊瑚小穗,在实验室条件下进行温度、pH、盐度渐变单因子对照试验,观察其在环境因子渐变条件下的生长特性。结果表明:三种珊瑚的骨骼密度平均值变化在(1.563-2.137)g/㎝^3之间,差异显著(P〈0.05)。温度和pH梯度的变化对同一规格珊瑚小穗生长率和组织延伸度影响差异显著(P〈0.05);盐度梯度的变化对同一规格珊瑚小穗生长率影响差异显著(P〈0.05),对组织延伸度影响差异不显著。三种环境因子对不同规格珊瑚小穗间生长率和组织延伸度影响差异不显著。澄黄滨珊瑚、大管孔珊瑚和丛生盔形珊瑚获得最大生长率和组织延伸度因子梯度有一定的差异,其中pH和盐度比较一致,均为7.8和32.5;而温度差异较大,澄黄滨珊瑚和丛生盔形珊瑚为29.5℃,大管孔珊瑚最大的生长率为25℃,最大的组织延伸度为28-29.5℃。
外文摘要:Nubbins from Porites lutea,Goniopora djiboutiensis and Galaxea fascicularis in July were dissected and cultured unifactor and control experiment over 60 d. By the survey of growth characteristics under different temperature,pH, salinity,The results show that the average skeleton density of three coral species nubbins ranging from 1. 563 to 2. 137 g / ㎝^3and show a significant difference( P〈0. 05). Stress of different temperature and pH to the mean growth rates and tissue extension rates of the same size were significant( P〈0. 05),to the different size were not significant. Effect of different salinity to the mean growth rates of the same size was significant( P〈0. 05),but to the tissue extension rates of the same size was not significant. Mean growth rates and tissue extension rates of three coral species nubbins were maximize at different conditions. There was a relatively consistent variation in pH and salinity that mean growth rates and tissue extension rates to a peak,average to 7. 8 and 32. 5,but to a peak occurred at different temperature. Mean growth rates and tissue extension rates of Porites lutea and Galaxea fascicularis nubbins were maximize at 29. 5℃. Mean growth rates of Goniopora djiboutiensis nubbins was maximize at 25℃ and tissue extension rates were maximize at 28℃ to 29. 5℃ respectively.
