中文摘要：20世纪20年代以来,语言学概论教材建设经历了初创期、奠基期和发展期三个阶段,虽然取得了一定成绩,但也存在不足,如创新不够,提炼的本土理论不多,重讲授、轻训练等。《语言学理论与训练》在理论与实践并重等多个方面进行新探索,以期对语言学概论教材建设有所促进。

外文摘要：since the 1920s, the teaching material building of Introduction to Linguistics has experienced the initial, foundation and development stages. Certain achievements have been achieved, but there are also some deficiencies, such as lacks of innovation, native theory, and training, etc. Theory and Training in Linguistics explores in many ways and pays equal attention to theory and practice, in order to promote teaching material building of Introduction to Linguistics.
