中文摘要：阐释学理论本质属性决定了阐释学适用范围。不同翻译主体的阐释学立场因其身份、阐释对象和制约因素不同而不同。读者可以自由阐释作品,持现代本体论阐释学立场。译者不是一般读者,译者的阐释学立场呈动态变化。翻译批评者的阐释学立场受制于翻译研究范式或翻译批评种类。对混淆不同翻译主体的阐释学立场个案的评述,将有助于减少阐释学的误用和滥用现象,使翻译批评回归理性。

外文摘要：The nature of hermeneutics determines the scope of application of hermeneutics.Hermeneutics stances of different subjects in translation studies are different because of their different identities,interpre-tation objects and constraints.Readers can interpret works freely and hold the theoretical stance of modern ontology hermeneutics.Translators are not readers in general,and their hermeneutic stances change dynam-ically.The hermeneutic stances of translation critics subject to the paradigms of translation studies or the types of translation criticism.It is helpful to reduce the misuse and abuse of hermeneutics by commenting on the cases that confuse the hermeneutic stances of different translation subjects,making translation criti-cism rational.
