中文摘要：从战略、经济、文化、社区等4个层面论述了现代渔业对新农村建设的意义。从战略层面看,现代渔业是调整大农业内部结构,转移农村剩余劳动力的有效途径;从经济层面看,现代渔业是发展农村经济新的亮点和着力点;从文化层面看,现代渔业是促进现代乡村文化建设的重要基石;从社区层面看,现代渔业有助于运用先进的理念引领新农村社区建设。

外文摘要：Starting from the four dimensions, the article interprets specifically the connotation of the modem fishing industry and the significance to the new rural construction as follows ： from a strategic level, modem fishery adjusts the internal structure of big agriculture and transfers rural surplus labor force in efficient way; from an economic perspective, the modem fisheries is the new .rallying and fundamental point for rural economy; from a cultural perspective, mo dern fishing is an important cornerstone promotion to building modern rural culture; from the community level, the modem fishing industry contributes to applying advanced ideas to lead the construction of new rural communities.
