中文摘要：海洋文化是依托于大陆文化之上的成果,而且它将以回归大陆文化的方式而获得新发展。只有强大的大陆文化才能为海洋文化国际地位提供稳定而长期的支撑。21世纪中国新海洋文化发展路径之一就是从陆海整体文化关系视角来选择,传承、发展及外播中国大陆文化优势以巩固海洋文化的物质实力和建构中国海洋话语权知识体系,最终建立共赢共享的国际海洋合作关系以及和平公正的国际海洋秩序。

外文摘要：The ocean culture relies on the achievements of the mainland culture,and it will be developed by returning to mainland culture. Only strong mainland culture can provide stable and long-term support for the international status of the ocean culture. From the perspective of the overall cultural relationship between land and sea,one of the pathways for the development of China＇s new ocean culture in the 21 st century is to inherit,advance and broadcast the cultural superiority of the Chinese mainland to consolidate the material strength of the ocean culture and build a knowledge system of China＇s ocean discourse right,and ultimately to build a win-win and sharing relationship of international maritime cooperation and the peaceful and just international ocean order.
