中文摘要:传统方法培育的泰国斗鱼(Bettasplendens)苗种利用率较低(雄性率低),严重影响了生产效益.因此,急需寻求一种提高泰国斗鱼雄性率的新方法.本文通过雄激素(17α-甲基睾酮)投喂与早期浸泡的方法,研究了雄激素对泰国斗鱼雄性率的影响.利用浸泡方法处理的最佳时间和剂量分别为20天和100ug/L,处理10日龄仔鱼20天,雄性率提高到86%;投喂激素处理20和30天的结果没有显著性差异,均达到80%.另外,通过组织学和基因表达的比较研究,结果表明雄激素诱导雄鱼与正常发育雄鱼在组织学与基因表达水平上没有显著性差异.本研究结果为开发新的泰国斗鱼雄性化技术提供了新思路和研究基础.
外文摘要:The traditional seed method of Thailand betta (Bettasplendens) led to low male rate and seriously affected the production efficiency of Thailand betta. Therefore, it is necessary to find a new method to increase the male rate for Thailand betta. In this study, Thailand betta was treated with androgen (17α-methyl testosterone ) by ways of exposure and feeding in the early stage to provide an effective method to increase the male rate of Thailand Betta. The results showed that the optimal time span and dose for exposure approach are 20 days and 100ug/L, which increase the male rate to 86%. According to the feeding treatment, there is no significant difference between 20 and 30 days' treatment, the male rates of which both are up to 80%. In addition, the histology and molecular expression analysis indicated that there is no significant difference between normal and androgen induced groups. This study proves that androgen induced method is reliable and applicable for Thailand betta seed production.
