中文摘要：研究生创新能力培养是研究生教育的重要课题,国内外高校都十分重视对这一问题的理论研究和实践探索。通过研究生创新能力培养机制的现状分析,针对研究生创新能力培养机制存在的招生机制单一、课堂教学体系建设目标不明确、导师负责制存在局限性、研究生评价和激励机制不合理等问题,基于创新的视角,从研究生选拔机制、理论教学体系、导师指导机制、学术研究机制、评价机制和激励机制等方面探索研究生创新能力培养机制的改革路径和措施。

外文摘要：The training of graduate students’innovation ability is an important subject of graduate education.Colleges and universities at home and abroad have attached great importance to the theoretical research and practical exploration of this issue.Through the analysis of the current situation of the training mechanism of graduate students’innovation ability,and aiming at the problems of the singleness of the postgraduate enrollment mechanism in the training mechanism of postgraduate innovation ability,the unclear goal of classroom teaching system construction,the limitations of the supervisor responsibility system,and the unreasonable evaluation and incentive mechanism of graduate students,this paper explores the reform path and measures for the reform of the training mechanism of graduate students’innovation ability from graduate students’selection mechanism,theoretical teaching system,tutor guidance mechanism,academic research mechanism,evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism from the perspective of innovation.
