中文摘要:为探究湛江湾表层沉积物中的抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)、重金属抗性基因(MRGs)与对重金属和微生物的互作关系,该研究采用宏基因组测序技术研究了湛江湾表层沉积物中ARGs、MRGs和微生物群落结构的分布特征,探讨了重金属对ARGs和MRGs的影响,以及ARGs-MRGs-微生物的相互作用。结果表明,湛江湾表层沉积物9种重金属中,Mn、Zn和Cr是平均浓度最高的重金属,多重耐药类是最主要的ARGs种类,多金属抗性类是最主要的MRGs种类;湛江湾中影响ARGs和MRGs分布的主要重金属类型是Mn、Cr、As;微生物属Methyloceanibacter和Hyphomicrobium是湛江湾表层沉积物中与抗性基因相关关系最多的属,是多种抗性基因的潜在微生物宿主;ARGs-ARGs、MRGs-MRGs、ARGs-MRGs之间存在多种正相关关系,可能存在相同的微生物宿主及共抗性关系;重金属Mn、Pb及Cr能够抑制ARGs或MRGs的潜在微生物宿主(Alkalispirochaeta、Nitrosopumilus、Nitrosarchaeum、Nitrospina)的丰度,研究结果有助于揭示海湾环境中抗性基因这一新型污染物的驱动机制。
外文摘要:To explore the interaction between antibiotic resistance genes,metal resistance genes heavy metals and microor?ganisms in surface sediments of Zhanjiang Bay,metagenomic sequencing technology were applied to study the distribution characteristics of ARGs,MRGs,and microbial community structure in surface sediment.The effects of heavy metals on ARGs and MRGs and the interaction of ARGs-MRGs-microorganisms were discussed.Among nine heavy metals in the surface sed?iments,Mn,Zn and Cr had the highest average concentration,multi-drug resistance genes were the most abundant ARGs,multi-metal resistance genes were the most abundant MRGs.The main heavy metals affected the distribution of ARGs and MRGs in Zhanjiang Bay were Mn,Cr and As.Methyloceanibacter and Hyphomicrobium were the most related genera to resis?tance genes in the surface sediments,and were potential microbial hosts for multiple resistance genes.There are many positive correlations between ARGs-ARGs,MRGs-MRGs and ARGs-MRGs,which may have the same host and co-resistance rela?tionship.The abundances of potential microbial hosts(Alkalispirochaeta,Nitrosopumilus,Nitrosarchaeum,Nitrospina)for ARGs or MRGs can be inhibited by heavy metals Mn,Pb and Cr in surface sediments.The findings contribute to revealing the driving mechanism of resistance genes as a novel type of pollutant in gulf environments.
