外文摘要：The outsourcing of book processing in university library has developed quickly. This paper analyzes the influence of the whole outsourcing of book processing on cataloguing librarians＇ psychology and career development, probes into the role transformation of cataloguing librarian under the outsourcing environment, and puts forward some coping strategies for keeping the professional advantages of cataloging librarians.
