中文摘要:用转Bt基因抗虫棉秸秆和非转基因棉花秸秆分别处理同种土壤,在不同时期分析土壤多酚氧化酶、纤维素酶活性及土壤毒素的变化。结果表明:两个棉花秸秆处理之间及其与对照之间的土壤多酚氧化酶没有差异;两个棉花处理均可明显提高土壤纤维素酶活性,而以非转基因棉花秸秆处理的酶活性略高一些,但两者差异不显著;与对照相比,以非转基因棉花秸秆处理的土壤毒素略强一些,而转Bt基因抗虫棉秸秆处理与对照相差不大,说明转Bt基因抗虫棉秸秆不会增加土壤的毒素。因此,转Bt基因抗虫棉残留物对土壤多酚氧化酶、纤维素酶活性及毒素没有明显影响,该研究结果可为评价转Bt基因抗虫棉的安全性提供依据。

外文摘要:Using transgenic Bt cotton straw and non-transgenic cotton straw to deal with the same kind of soil, and the activities of polyphenol oxidase, cellulase and toxin in soil were determined at different stages. The results showed that there were no significant differences among transgenic Bt cotton straw, non-transgenic cotton straw and the control. Two cotton straw treatments could increase the activity of cellulase obviously, and that of non-transgenic cotton straw treatment was higher, but there was no difference between transgenic and non- transgenic cotton straw treatments. Moreover, as compared to the control, the soil toxin in non-transgenic cotton straw treatment was higher, but there was no significant difference between the control and transgenic Bt cotton straw treatment, which suggested that transgenic Bt cotton straw would not increase the soil toxin. Therefore, transgenic Bt cotton residue could not obviously affect the activities of the polyphenol oxidase, cellulase and toxin in soil. These results could provide basis to evaluate the safety of transgenic Bt cotton
