外文摘要：With the tide of education reform which is featured with test oriented education-quality education transition, the teaching of track and field is facing new opportunities and challenges. This article put forward a new teaching system with emphasis on teaching objectives, teaching mode, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching assessment at a angle of talents training and track and quality education.
