中文摘要:通过横向比较近十年英语本科与MTI的翻译教材,发现两者之间部分内容重复、要求倒挂,并分析了其原因。为了解决上述问题,提出两个方案:由一个学术机构组织专家同时分别制定相互衔接的英语本科和MTI初级、中级、高级三个层次的翻译教学大纲,并统编两系列三个层次的翻译教材;或者统编普通英语本科、本科翻译专业和MTI翻译教材,这些翻译教材不分层次,但要合理布局翻译技巧方法、翻译理论。
外文摘要:Through a comparison of translation textbooks for Engli^sh-major undergraduates and MTI in the past decade, it is found that some translation techniques and theories are noticeably repetitive in the textbooks and some translation theories for English-major undergraduates are even more difficult than those for MTI. To solve the problems, it is suggested that an academic organization come into a position to organize experts concerned to make three-level translation course syllabi in an inter-related series and to compile corresponding translation text- books for both English-major undergraduates and MTI. Or they ma) compose a unified series of translation text- books with an overall arrangement of translation theories and techni,:Iues accommodating toordinary English-major undergraduates, translation-major undergraduates as well as to MIL.
