中文摘要:“蓝色粮仓”的建设对于维持渔业资源稳定、促进渔业科技创新、带动渔业经济发展具有重要意义。基于2010—2019年我国11个沿海省市的面板数据,运用面板数据PVAR模型分析了蓝色粮仓中生态资源承载、渔业科技创新与渔业经济发展的动态关系。结果表明:在建设“蓝色粮仓”过程中要充分利用渔业科技创新对生物资源承载与渔业经济发展显著的正向影响作用;控制渔业经济发展与生态资源承载随着时间推移会呈现背离发展的趋势。基于研究结论,提出以渔业科技为核心,充分发挥其对于“蓝色粮仓”中生态资源承载与渔业经济发展的促进作用,以生态资源承载为根基、以渔业经济发展为抓手推动“蓝色粮仓”生态产业化建设。

外文摘要:The construction of“marine food system”is of great significance for maintaining the stability of fishery resources,promoting the innovation of fishery science and technology,and driving the development of fishery economy.Based on the panel data of 11 coastal provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2019,this paper analyzes the dynamic relationship among ecological resources carrying capacity,fishery science and technology innovation and fishery economic development in blue granary by using panel data PVAR model.The results show that:in the process of building“blue granary”,we should make full use of the positive effect of fishery science and technology innovation on biological resources carrying capacity and fishery economic development;The control of fishery economic development and ecological resources carrying capacity will deviate from the trend of development over time.Based on the research conclusions,it is proposed that fishery science and technology should be taken as the core to give full play to its role in promoting the carrying of ecological resources and the development of fishery economy in the“blue granary”,and the ecological industrialization construction of“blue granary”should be promoted with the carrying of ecological resources as the foundation and the development of fishery economy as the starting point.
