中文摘要：新工科的建设理念,是以继承与创新、交叉与融合、协调与共享为主要途径,培养多元化、创新型卓越工程人才。由于海洋工科相关专业具有涉及面比较广、需要多主体参与、多学科交融等特点,在新工科背景下对其进行建设显得更为重要迫切。作为地方海洋特色院校,结合新工科背景下学科专业办学定位,对新工科形势下的海洋工科专业人才培养模式进行有益探索,在培养体系、教学内容、师资建设、实践实验平台、校企合作、创新竞赛等方面,开展专业实践教学体系改革研究,对培养面向区域海洋工程产业需求的创新实践型人才具有深远的理论和现实意义。

外文摘要：The concept in New Engineering is to cultivate diversified and innovative excellence engineering talents by using inheritance and innovation,intersection and fusion,coordination and sharing as the main pathways.As ocean engineering specialty has the characteristics of wide coverage,multi-subject participation and multi-disciplinary integration,it is more important and urgent to construct it with the background of new engineering.As a local marine characteristic university,combining with the orientation of discipline and specialty under the background of new subject,this paper explores the talent training mode of marine-related engineering specialty under the new engineering situation,and carries out research on the reform of professional practice teaching system by means of training system,teaching content,faculty construction,practical experiment platform,school-enterprise cooperation and innovation contest.It is of profound theoretical and practical significance to cultivate innovative and practical talents for regional marine engineering industry.
