中文摘要:对亨氏马尾藻进行化学成分分析,并与海带和紫菜比较,进行营养学评价。结果表明:亨氏马尾藻的主要成分是碳水化合物、蛋白质和矿物质,分别占藻体干重的72.98%、12.05%和12.16%,必需氨基酸丰富,占氨基酸总量的43.0%,氨基酸评分为82,远高于海带和紫菜,限制性氨基酸为赖氨酸;矿物质和维生素含量丰富,富含对人体很重要的微量元素锌、硒。活性多糖岩藻糖含量占粗多糖的7.35%。因此,亨氏马尾藻是一种高碳水化合物、高蛋白、低脂肪的大型经济海藻,可作为保健食品和药物的优质原料。

外文摘要:The Sargassum henslowianum chemical constituents were analyzed and compared with laminaria and prophra for evaluation in nutriology.The results showed that carbohydrates,minerals and protein were its main constituents.Among them were 72.98 %,12.05 % and 12.16 % dry weight,And EAA content was rich,which was 43.0 % of the total AA,amino acid score was 82,and limited amino acid was Lys and higher than laminaria and prophra.The minerals and vitamins content s were rich,especially Zn and Se.Fucose content was 7.35 %.Sargassum henslowianum(C.Agardh)may be used as a good marine material for health foods and marine drugs which can provid high carbohydrates,high protein,low fat.
