中文摘要：作为“一带一路”有机衔接的重要门户,北部湾港口群外通东盟,内联“三南”腹地,是“三南”地区开放发展的战略支点。为深入探讨北部湾港口物流与“三南”经济发展的协调关系,利用2009-2017年北部湾港口群与“三南”地区经济统计数据,采用复合系统协同模型,计算出港口物流与“三南”经济之间的协同度。在此基础上,利用面板回归模型研究港口物流与“三南”经济协同发展的驱动因素。研究发现:北部湾港口群港口物流与广东、四川、湖南协同度较高;交通运输基础设施水平是驱动港口物流与“三南”经济协同发展的主要因素;政府在交通运输方面的财政支出对港口物流与“三南”经济协同发展影响效果不显著。

外文摘要：As an important gateway for the organic connection of"the Belt and Road",the Beibu Gulf port cluster connects ASEAN outside and the hinterland of the"Three South"inside.It is a strategic fulcrum for the opening and development of the"Three South"region.In order to deeply explore the coordination relationship between Beibu Gulf port logistics and"Three South"economic development,this paper uses the economic statistical data of Beibu Gulf port cluster and"Three South"region from 2009 to 2017,and uses the composite system synergy model to calculate the coordination degree between port logistics and the"Three South"economy.On this basis,the panel regression model is used to study the driving factors of coordinated development of port logistics and"Three South"economy.The results show that the port logistics of Beibu Gulf port cluster has a high degree of synergy with Guangdong,Sichuan and Hunan province;the level of transportation infrastructure is the main factor driving the coordinated development of port logistics and"Three South"economy;the government's financial expenditure on transportation has no significant effect on the coordinated development of port logistics and"Three South"economy.
