中文摘要:采用IM9200型整粒谷物近红外分析仪,对高产、优质、早熟杂交油菜新组合高优980的F1、F2个体单株的蛋白质和含油量进行分析比较,同时对F2个体和F1的产量性状进行了比较。结果表明:在F2的41个单株中,除5号、9号和10号3个单株外,其余单株的蛋白质含量与F1的差异均不显著;除26号单株的含油量低于F1外,其余单株的含油量均高于F1。此外,F2大部分个体的产量性状与F1差异不大,甚至更好。研究结果说明,从F2后代中选择产量、品质与杂种一代不相上下的优质常规油菜新品种是切实可行的。

外文摘要:Through the quality analysis of F1 generation and individual plants in F2 generation about new hybrid rape group gaoyou980 of high yielding and good quality by IM9200 Grain Analyzer. The protein and oil content were analyzed, and the yield characters between individual plants of F2 generation and F1 generation were compared. The results showed that in 41 individual plants, except the oil content of No.26 individual plant is lower, the others are higher than that of F1. Furthermore, There wasn't significant difference between most individuals' yield character of F2 generation and F1 generation. The results demonstrated that to select new good quality conventional rape variety from F2 generation which yield and quality were comparable to F1 generation was practical and feasible.
