中文摘要：创新型制药工程专业人才的培养是我国创新创造立于民族之林的需要,是创新发展一流高校制药工程专业的需要,是培养我国急需的高素质创新型人才的需要。对于制药工程专业创新人才而言,不仅要注重本领域的专业理论知识,而且更要注重实操能力、创新思维与创新能力等各个方面的全面发展。高校要修订切实可行的创新人才培养目标,实事求是的进行专业课程改革,落实不到位,切实解决创新型制药工程专业人才培养之问题。

外文摘要：The cultivation of innovative phanrtaceutical engineering professionals is the need of innovation and creation in the national forest. It is the need of innovation and development of pharmaceutical engineering major in first-class universities. It is necessary to cultivate high-quality innovative talents urgently needed in China. Innovative talents for pharmaceutical engineering, not only to focus on the professional knowledge in this field, but also pay more attention to the practical ability, the comprehensive development of the creative thinking and creative ability. The amendment to the practical innovative talents training target, practical professional curriculum reform. To solve the encountered in innovative talents of pharmaceutical engineering problems in training.
