中文摘要：城乡协同发展是乡村振兴战略的归宿,是区域融合发展的重要支撑,是解决不平衡不充分发展问题的关键。以广东沿海经济带为研究对象,通过构建涵盖经济、生态、空间和社会系统的城乡协同发展指标体系,定量测度了2000年、2008年和2019年城乡协同度及空间差异,运用耦合协调模型、灰色关联模型和固定效应模型分析了城乡协同系统内部联系程度、地域特征和动力因素。研究结果表明:在新型城镇化进程中,广东沿海经济带城乡协同发展水平不断提升,形成了港、产、城三级联动的发展新格局,但城乡发展不平衡问题依然存在,协同度较低的区域集中在汕潮揭城市群和湛茂阳都市区。3个时段城乡协同母系统与子系统协调和失调并存,子系统耦合协调程度差异明显,动力开发不平衡不充分问题凸显。为此广东沿海经济带应创新开放沿海城乡,统筹发展规划和陆海生态安全,优化生产空间,差异错位发展,改善人居环境,就地实施城镇化,吸引城市人才、科技、资本、管理等要素流向乡村。支持汕头、湛江两市向省域副中心城市发展,强化县乡两域经济,推动汕潮揭、湛茂阳同城化发展。

外文摘要：Urban-rural synergetic development is the destination of rural revitalization,the important support for regional integration and the crux for solving imbalanced and insufficient problems.The paper took the coastal economic zone of Guangdong province as a case.The urban-rural synergetic degree and spatial difference were quantitatively measured by constructing an index system covering economic,ecological,spatial and social parts in 2000,2008 and 2019.The coupling coordination model,grey relational model and the fixed effect model were used to analyze internal connection levels,regional features and driving forces of urban-rural synergetic system.The results show that the level of urban-rural synergy in the coastal economic zone of Guangdong province has been continuously improved in the process of new urbanization,and the new pattern of development has been formed with three levels of the linkages of ports,production and cities.However,the imbalance of urban and rural development still exists,the areas with poor synergy are concentrated in the eastern and western parts of Guangdong.Coordination and maladjustment coexist between the parent system and subsystems of urban-rural synergy in three periods,in which the degree of coupling and coordination of subsystems is obviously different,and the development of driving forces is insufficient extremely.Therefore,the coastal economic zone of Guangdong province should innovate and open up coastal urban and rural areas,coordinate development planning and land-sea ecological security,optimize production space,persist differential and coordinated development,improve human settlements environment,implement urbanization on the spot,attract urban talents,science and technology,capital,management and other elements to rural areas.It should support the development of Shantou and Zhanjiang into provincial sub-central cities,strengthen the economy of counties and townships,and promote the co-urbanization of Shantou-Chaozhou-Jieyang and Zhanjiang-Maoming-Yangjiang.
