中文摘要:通过单因素试验以及二次回归正交试验,建立了罗非鱼热泵干燥时间以及能耗的二次多元回归模型,并对干燥时间回归模型进行岭嵴分析,得出了在试验范围内较优的热泵干燥过程工艺参数:干燥温度T=36℃,干燥风速v=2.54m/s,鱼片厚度h=0.56cm,与实验结果符合得较好;同时得出了影响干燥过程的主次因素依次为:厚度>温度>风速。
外文摘要:Drying characteristics of Tilapia fillet in a heat pump were studied.A multiple regression model on drying time and energy consumption was established by the single factor test and the quadratic orthogonal test.Ridge analysis shows that at drying temperature of 36℃,drying wind speed of 2.54m/s,and fillet thickness of 0.56cm,the optimum results can be obtained,which are consistent with the experimental data.In addition,the influence of fillet thickness on the drying process of Tilapia ranks first,temperature second,and drying wind speed third.
