外文摘要:In this study, TA2/Q345R explosion-welded composite plates were selected as the research subject to systematically investigate the effects of heat treatment temperature (600, 650, and 700 degrees C) and holding duration (30, 60, 90, and 120 min) on the microstructural evolution of the TA2 titanium alloy cladding layer, interfacial characteristics, and electrochemical corrosion behavior. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis was employed to evaluate the variations in grain size and the relaxation of lattice strain in the TA2 layer before and after heat treatment. The passivation behavior of TA2 under different heat treatment conditions was assessed in a 3.5 wt% NaCl solution using potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Meanwhile, optical microscopy was applied to characterize the interfacial microstructure and morphology of the composite plates. The results demonstrate that both heat treatment temperature and holding time exert significant influences on grain refinement and lattice stress evolution in the TA2 cladding layer. With increasing temperature and prolonged holding time, the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the alpha-Ti diffraction peaks gradually decreases, accompanied by a shift of the diffraction peaks toward lower angles, indicating progressive stress relaxation and structural stabilization. After heat treatment at 650 degrees C for 90 min, the TA2 layer undergoes complete recrystallization, forming a uniform equiaxed grain structure, while achieving the most effective release of residual lattice stress and the highest structural stability. Electrochemical measurements reveal that the sample treated at 650 degrees C for 90 min exhibits the most outstanding corrosion resistance. Under this condition, the corrosion potential shifts positively to -0.275 V, the polarization resistance increases to 2.62 x 105 S2 cm2, and the charge transfer resistance reaches 7.419 x 106 S2 cm2, suggesting the formation of a more compact passive film with enhanced resistance to charge transfer. However, excessive heat input, including elevated temperature (700 degrees C) or prolonged holding time (120 min), promotes the accumulation of growth stress within the passive film, resulting in the formation of microcracks and a considerable deterioration in corrosion protection capability. Microstructural observations of the bonding interface indicate that the specimen treated at 650 degrees C for 90 min possesses the most homogeneous interfacial structure. Moderate diffusion of Ti and Fe elements occurs at the interface, leading to improved interfacial continuity and optimized microstructural uniformity. These findings provide critical theoretical guidance for optimizing post-weld treatments to ensure the long-term vacuum hermeticity and structural reliability of titanium/steel vacuum vessels in harsh environments.
