外文摘要：In the student union this big environment,the various departments composed of student cadres are the core posi-tions of student cadres in the realization of specific planning,propaganda and implementation tasks,play a role of decentralized function management,the various departments of college students' meeting should be in accordance with the principle of" small gear drive big gear" to promote the overall benign operation of the student union.
