中文摘要:主要研究转速-排量复合控制电动静液伺服系统在火箭舵机中的应用。在分析火箭舵机工况的基础上,设计了系统的原理方案,建立了全系统的数学模型,针对系统含有转速和排量两个输入变量且两者以相乘关系耦合从而具有本质非线性的特点,设计了基于工况调节的变量泵排量模糊控制器,实现了转速和排量的解耦控制,最后利用MATLAB/Simulink对系统进行了工况仿真分析,结果表明系统动态特性好、能量效率高,有一定的应用前景。

外文摘要:In this paper, the application of VPVM EHA on the rocket rudder is researched. Based on the analysis of rocket rudder' s working condition, we design the system' s principle scheme and build the mathematic model. Since the system has two control variables the motor speed and the pump displacement which have the multiplication coupling relationship and make the system essentially nonlinear, a fuzzy controller based on the working state is developed for the pump' s displacement regulation; thus, the uncoupling control of rotate speed and pump displacement is realized. Finally, the MATLAB/Simulink simulation results show that the system has a fine dynamic performance and relatively high energy efficiency, so it has some application prospect.
