中文摘要:珍珠的珍珠质层是一种复杂的自组装有机-无机杂化结构,具有优异的综合性能,但其形成机制还不甚明了,仿生制备面临挑战。本研究选用马氏珠母贝贝肉含有的17种氨基酸作为有机质,碳酸铵提供CO2。研究不同氨基酸体系诱导下,对碳酸钙结晶形貌的影响。扫描电镜研究表明:碳酸钙在不同氨基酸诱导下呈现不规则纳米片状文石,枝状文石、颗粒状球文石以及立方柱状和四方柱状方解石型形貌,XRD和傅里叶红外光谱分析进一步证实以上结果。初步研究结果表明:各氨基酸均能诱导方解石的形成,但丙氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸和谷氨酸不能诱导文石的形成,组氨酸、异亮氨酸、脯氨酸、蛋氨酸和缬氨酸条件下发现文石较多,混合氨基酸作用下得到了文石层和方解石的互层结构。据此,提出了两种类珍珠质层晶体的生长模式。

外文摘要:The pearl layer is a complex assembly organic-inorganic hybridization structure,which has excellent properties. However, the mechanism of its formation is still unclear and Biometic preparation still faces challenges. 17 amino acids that exsit in pinctada martensii have been chosen as organic matrix in this study. Ammonium carbonate was used to provide carbon dioxide. Do research on the effects of amino acids on the crystal grow,th of calcium carbonate. The products formed in the presence of different kinds of amino acids were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. We have obtained various morphologies such as nano-platelets, branch-like amgonite,spherical vaterite and cubic calcite. Fourier tmnsfomi infmred spectroscopy has confirmed the above results. The initial result shows that calcitecan be induced under all the different amino acids5 control. And aragonite can not be found in the presence of Ala, Leucine,Tyr and Glu. While we have observed many aragonite crystals in solutions which contains histidine, isoleucine, proline, methionine or valine. According to these,we have come up with two kinds of growth pattern about nacre.
