中文摘要:用CO2激光束(10.6μm波长)辐照凡纳滨对虾处于无节幼体2期的幼体,培育至仔虾期。观测表明:玻璃缸组(300粒幼体)和大池组(500万粒)试验结果基本相同,辐照时间30S至45S组群的成活率比对照组提高20.4-22.8%。而辐照时间60-70S的玻璃缸组群成活率虽低于对照组20-22%,但抗逆能力最强。

外文摘要:Nauplii Ⅱ of larvaes of Litopenaeus vannamei were cultured post - larvaes period through CO2 laser beam(10.6μm) irradiation. Observations show: test results were the same fundamently for large - pool graups (5 ×10^6 larvaes) and glass- tank groups (3 ×10^2 larvaes). The survival rate in groups irradiated by duration 30-45s were raised 20.4-22.8% compared with control groups. Although survival rate in glass tank groups of irradiation time 60-70s was droped 20 - 22% compared with the control, their resistibility were the most strongest.
