中文摘要：120 pearl oysters （Pinctada martensii） were randomly sampled from F1 population, and shell length, shell width, shell height, shell weight and total weight of each sample were measured. Correlation and path analysis were conducted on the basis of measurement data. The results showed that shell length, shell width, shell height, shell weight and total weight were significantly correlated （P 〈 0.05）. Total weight was significantly and positively correlated with shell weight （r = 0.8970）, shell height （r = 0.6974）, shell width （r = 0.6521） and shell length （r = 0.5486）. Shell weight, shell height, shell width and shell length had positive and direct effects on total wet weight, with the values of 0.6356, 0.1872, 0.1814 and 0.0599, respectively. The results indicated that growth traits （shell length, shell width, shell height, shell weight and total wet weigh） of the F1 population could be improved by direct or indirect selection.

外文摘要：从7月龄的F1群体随机取样120个体,测量表型性状并进行相关和路径分析。所测量的表型性状包括壳长、壳高、壳宽、壳重和全湿重共5个指标。结果表明:(1)壳长、壳高、壳宽、壳重和全湿重存在显著的相关性(P<0.05)。全湿重与壳长、壳高、壳宽和壳重存在显著的正相关(P<0.05),相关系数分别为0.897 0、0.697 4、0.652 1和0.548 6。(2)壳重、壳高、壳宽和壳长对全湿重具有正直接影响,其值分别为0.635 6、0.187 2、0.181 4和0.059 9。结果说明了通过直接选择或间接选择可以改良马氏珠母贝选群F1的壳长、壳高、壳宽、壳重和全湿重等生长性状。
