中文摘要：毛泽东制定的关于农民的每一个正确的决策,都与他亲自进行调查研究密不可分,《兴国调查》的成文就是一个最好的范例。《兴国调查》的成文分以下4个步骤:第一,1929年至1930年间,毛泽东三次到兴国实地调查,并获得了大量的一手材料;第二,罗坊会议期间,毛泽东明确了调查的目的与任务,预先制定好一份调查提纲,采用典型调查法和开座谈会的方法,并确定了兴国县永丰区的8位农民为调查对象;第三,毛泽东给兴国县行动委员会写信核实调查情况的全面性、真实性;第四,毛泽东在宁都小布赤坎村完成了《兴国调查》的写作。毛泽东的《兴国调查》为当时中央苏区正在进行的土地革命找到了理论依据,同时也蕴涵着丰富的社会调查思想,可以说毛泽东的调查研究思想是马克思主义调研理论的重要组成部分。

外文摘要：Everyone correct decision-making that Mao Zedong worked out about the peasant,the existing writings carrying out investigation and study interwovenness,and Xing Guo investigation was a best example.The formation of Xing Guo investigates was being allotted 4 the following steps： Firstly,during 1929 and 1930 years,Mao Zedong arrived at Xing Guo for investigating for three times,and gained large amount of material all over the hands;Secondly,In the course of the Luo Fang conference,Mao Zedong made the investigating purpose and mission,finished working out a questionnaire in advance,adopted the typical investigation and a symposium method,and 8 peasants in Xing Guo Yong Feng county area were ascertained as respondents;Thirdly,Mao Zedong wrote to the committee in Xing Guo County to check the completeness,authenticity inquiring into condition;Fourthly,Mao Zedong completed writing of Xing Guo investigation in Ning Dou county.Maoist Xing Guo investigation has found the theory basis for the agrarian revolution in central authority Soviet Area,at the same time it also contains rich social investigation thoughts.It can be said that Maoist reaearch idea is the important theory component of Marxism survey.
