中文摘要：区域协调发展是贯彻新发展理念、建设现代化经济体系的重要组成部分,也是推动经济高质量发展的重点工作。基于我国2000-2018年省级面板数据,并通过理论推导、结合固定效应模型、门槛模型和中介效应验证模型对我国劳动力流动、产业结构升级与区域协调发展的机理关系进行验证。研究发现:(1)劳动力流动在总体上能够显著促进区域协调发展,产业结构高级化与合理化同样能够促进区域协调发展;(2)劳动力流动水平与区域协调发展间存在非线性关系,当劳动力流动水平越过临界值后,劳动力流动对区域协调发展的影响由正向激励转变为负向抑制;(3)产业结构高级化与产业结构合理化在劳动力流动和区域协调发展之间具备显著的中介效应,中介效应占比分别为9.13%和7.87%。因此,要着力破除阻碍劳动力流动和劳动力回流的体制机制障碍,促进劳动力的自由流动;进一步优化产业结构,推进产业结构高级化和产业结构合理化进程。

外文摘要：Regional coordinated development is an important part of implementing the new development con-cept to build a modern economic system,and it is also the key work to promote high-quality economic develop-ment.Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2000 to 2018,and through theoretical deduction combined with the fixed effect model,threshold model and intermediary effect verification model on labor mobility in China,this paper verifies the mechanism relationship between industrial structure upgrading and regional coordinated devel-opment and finds that:(1)labor mobility can significantly promote regional coordinated development on the whole,and the upgrading and rationalization of industrial structure can also promote regional coordinated development;(2)There is a non-linear relationship between the level of labor mobility and regional coordinated development.When the level of labor mobility exceeds the critical value of 2.408,the impact of labor mobility on regional coordi-nated development changes from positive incentive to negative inhibition;(3)The upgrading of industrial structure and rationalization of industrial structure have significant mediating effect between labor flow and regional coordina-ted development,accounting for 9.13%and 7.87%respectively.Therefore,efforts should be made to remove the institutional barriers that hinder labor flow and labor return,and promote the free flow of labor.We should further optimize the industrial structure,promote the advanced industrial structure and industrial structure rationalization process.
