中文摘要:选取活力强,体宽95mm左右的通海梭子蟹。进行海水最低盐度、最高盐度及各种盐度变化的试验。结果表明:远海梭子蟹生存的海水盐度为10~50,能正常摄饵的海水盐度为15~45,最佳摄饵海水盐度为25~35。同时发现,海水盐度从正常盐度(30)向低盐度降低时,每24h降低不超过5的逐渐变化时远海梭子蟹成活率比每次降低超过10以上的骤变存活率高,摄饵量大。说明海水盐度的逐渐变化比海水盐度的骤变对远海梭子蟹的影响小。

外文摘要:Experiments upon healthy and strong Portunus pelagicus with a body width of about 9.5 cm width bodies have been carried out in the highest, lowest salinity and all kinds of salinity changes. The result shows that the salinity of seawater for survival is from 10 to 50 and the suitable salinity for food intake is from 15 to 45 and the optimum salinity for food intake is from 25 to 35. Meantime, when the salinity of seawater descends gradually from the normal (30/24h) to the lower (5/24h) levels, if the gradual change of salinity is under 5/24h, the survival rate of Portunus pelagicus is higher and the food intake quantity is bigger than those beyond 10/24h. All these show that the gradual changes of seawater salinity have less influence upon Portunus pelagicusthan the sudden changes of it.
