中文摘要:以安祖花 (AnthuriumandraeanumLind .)为试材 ,探讨了环境条件对佛焰苞花青苷含量的影响及弱光下Ca2 + 、GA3 处理改善花朵品质的效应。研究结果表明 ,光照不足是导致花青苷含量下降的主要原因 ,5 4mmol·L-1的CaCl2 、 1 16mmol·L-1的GA3 单独及复合处理均能有效地提高弱光下安祖花佛焰苞花青苷含量与花梗苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL)活性。通过钙调蛋白、RNA及蛋白质等的不同抑制剂处理 ,发现抑制剂均可抑制安祖花离体花梗CaM含量与PAL活性 ,讨论了Ca2 + 、GA3
外文摘要:Effects of the environmental factors on the anthocyanin content in spathes and of improving flower quality with Ca 2+ , GA 3 treatments under weak light were investigated in Anthurium andraeanum . The results indicated that weak light was the main reason resulting in the lower anthocyanin content. Ca 2+ (5 4 mmol·L -1 ),GA 3(1 16 mmol·L -1 )or Ca 2+ +GA 3,respectively,significantly increased the anthocyanin content in spathes and the phenylalanine amonia lyase(PAL)activity in stem of Anthurium under weak light. It is found that the calmodulin contents and PAL activity in vitro stem of Anthurium were inhibited with different inhibitors of calmodulin, RNA and protein, and the probable mechanisms of Ca 2+ ,GA 3 were discussed.
