外文摘要:A dual-functional luminescent materials NaYSrWO6:xEu3+ (x = 0.005,0.01,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.3,0.5) with a double perovskite structure was synthesized using a high temperature solid state reaction method. Systematic investigations of their photoluminescence, thermoluminescence and radiation luminescence properties were carried out. Under blue light excitation, Maximum PL intensity was achieved with Eu3+ doping concentration of x = 0.15. Excited at 325 nm, the material exhibited characteristic red emission of Eu3+ with quantum efficiency reaching 64.4 %, CIE color coordinates of (0.607, 0.358), color purity of 87.21 %, correlated color temperature of 1970 K, and activation energy of 0.214 eV. These parameters satisfy the critical requirements for phosphors in indoor LED lighting systems.The thermoluminescence curve of the sample shows two apparent peaks at approximately 407K and 460K temperatures.The material demonstrated superior thermoluminescence performance at doping concentrations (x = 0.3). TL response increased linearly with increase in dose rate within 0.266-2.1 Gy/min, indicating potential for real-time low-dose-rate radiation monitoring. After X-ray irradiation, it features fast saturation, stable luminescence, short afterglow, and excellent repeatability. This study confirms that the double perovskite tungstate NaYSrWO6:xEu3+ simultaneously achieves efficient photoluminescence and radiation-responsive characteristics, demonstrating promising applications in white LED lighting, real-time dosimetry, and X-ray imaging technologies.
