中文摘要：近年来,本科毕业论文因流于形式而饱受质疑,基于广东海洋大学公共管理专业457篇毕业论文的文本分析发现,公共管理类本科毕业论文在制度设计和教学实践两方面都日益凸现其局限性。建构主义教学理念强调以学生为中心的学习模式,有助于解决目前毕业论文教学的困境,以建构主义教学理论为指导从执行过程、课程设置、导师制度和评审标准四大方面提出了建构式的毕业论文教学改革设想。

外文摘要：In recent years,undergraduate thesis was questioned due to formality.Based 457 thesis text analysis for public admin-istration undergraduate thesis in Guangdong Ocean University,it shows that limitations lies between system design and practical aspects of teaching.Constructivist teaching philosophy emphasizes student-centered learning model to help address the plight of the current teaching thesis.Therefore,under constructivist teaching theory ,this article proposes constructivist teaching re-form idea from four aspects including implementation process,curriculum,teacher evaluation system and construction stand-ards.
