中文摘要:由于柱塞泵输出的流量脉动会降低液压系统的工作稳定性,因此需要对柱塞泵输出的流量脉动进行主动控制。分析了流量脉动原理,介绍了消除流量脉动的方法,并给出了流量脉动主动控制领域国内外的研究现状。同时提出了柱塞泵输出流量脉动主动控制的未来研究方向,并论述了流量脉动的创新应用。
外文摘要:Since the flow pulsation output from the plunger pump may reduce the operational stability of the hydraulic system, it is necessary to control the flow pulsation output from the plunger pump actively. The principle of flow pulsation was analyzed, and the method for eliminating flow pulsation was introduced. The present research status on active control of flow pulsation at home and abroad was given. At the same time, the future research direction of active control of flow pulsation output from plunger pump was proposed, and the innovative application of flow pulsation was discussed.
