中文摘要:为了优化Q235碳素钢表面性能,采用激光熔覆技术在Q235碳素钢表面制备Fe60熔覆层,进行不同工艺参数的变化。通过金相显微镜观察涂层表面结构、使用显微硬度计测试涂层硬度、使用材料表面性能综合测试仪检测涂层耐磨性,从而得出最佳参数。结果表明:当激光功率为1000 W时,熔覆层稀释率适中、硬度最高、耐磨性也明显优于基体材料,熔覆层的表面性能综合性能达到最佳值。
外文摘要:In order to optimize the surface properties of Q235 carbon steel, Fe60 cladding layer was prepared on the surface of Q235 carbon steel by laser cladding technology, and different technological parameters were changed. The surface structure of the coating was observed by metallographic microscope, the hardness of the coating was tested by microhardness tester, and the wear resistance of the coating was tested by comprehensive tester of material surface properties, so that the best parameters were obtained. The results show that when the laser power is 1000 W, the dilution rate of the cladding layer is moderate, the hardness is highest, and the wear resistance is obviously better than that of the base material, and the comprehensive surface properties of the cladding layer reach the best value.
