中文摘要：马克思认为海洋对于资本主义兴起具有重要的推动作用。海运是资本主义制度埋葬封建制度的重要杠杆,海运促进了资本主义生产方式产生和发展,海运是反封建斗争的武器,促进了新兴资产阶级的兴起;海外殖民地的开辟使资本主义世界市场得以形成;海军是适应资本主义维护海洋利益而建立的新型暴力机构;海权日益成为资本主义国家的重要权益。因此,海洋维权是国家重大战略部署,强大的海军是海洋维权的坚强后盾。

外文摘要：Marx believes that the ocean plays an important role in promoting the rise of capitalism.Maritime transportation is an important lever for the capitalist system to bury the feudal system.Maritime transportation promotes the emergence and development of capitalist mode of production.Maritime transportation is a weapon of anti-feudal struggle and promotes the rise of new bourgeoisie.The opening of overseas colonies has enabled the formation of capitalist world market.The navy is a new type of violent institution adapted to capitalism to safeguard the interests of the sea.It has become an important right and interest of capitalist countries.Therefore,marine rights protection is a major strategic deployment of the country,and a strong navy is a strong backing for marine rights protection.
