外文摘要:The aim of this study was to explore the possibility of replacing soybean meal (SBM) with distillers dried grains soluble (DDGS) meal in the diet of Litopenaeus vannamei shrimp. The study aimed to examine the impact of DDGS replacement on hepatopancreas metabolomics and histopathological responses. 840 L.vannamei were fed different diet levels, each containing varying amounts of DDGS. The DDGS levels were D1 (0%), D2 (2%), D3 (4%), D4 (6%), D5 (8%), D6 (10%), and D7 (12%). The experiment lasted for 56 days, with three replicates for each group. The initial mean weight was 0.18± 0.00 g. The results of the study revealed that shrimp in the 10% DDGS treatment group exhibited significantly higher final weight (FW), weight gain rate (WGR), specific growth rate (SGR) and reduced feed conversion ratio (FCR). There were no significant variations in crude protein, moisture, and ash content among the treatment groups. The inclusion of DDGS in the diet led to a considerable increase in the activities of alkaline phosphatase and acid phosphatase, while the levels of aspartate and alanine aminotransferase dramatically decreased. Although the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) appeared to decrease with increasing DDGS, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity increased in shrimp-fed DDGS diets. Histological analysis of the hepatopancreas revealed that shrimp fed a diet of 8% had significantly higher numbers of B and R-cells compared to the control group. The PCA score plots vividly illustrate a noticeable distinction between the shrimp-fed DDGS diets and the control group, as evidenced by the metabolomics data. To gain a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between WGR and the DDGS diet, we employed a broken-line regression model. This model effectively captures the correlation and reveals the significance of an 11.13% DDGS diet ratio. ? 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.
