中文摘要：基于村域尺度,利用地理加权回归模型,分析湖南省凤凰县贫困化的空间特征及其影响因素,归纳乡村贫困的形成机理。结果发现:凤凰县乡村贫困由西北向东南梯度递减,高贫困发生率村域集聚于凤凰县西北部,与少数民族分布呈现空间一致性。到县城中心距离、到主要公路距离、耕地面积、林地面积、平均坡度和平均高程是影响贫困空间分异的显著因素,且各因素效应不同,存在明显的正向效应和负向效应。传统种养收入效益低、务工来源受阻和转移性收入带动自身发展效果差是凤凰县贫困空间形成的因素。

外文摘要：The article uses the geographic weighted regression model to explore the spatial characteristics and influencing factors of poverty in Fenghuang County at the village level, summarizes the formation mechanism of rural poverty. The result shows that the rural poverty of Fenghuang has shown in a gradient descending from northwest to southeast, the village of high poverty incidence was lumpy agglomeration distributed in the northwest of Fenghuang County and keep with the ethnic distribution. Distance to county city, distance to main road, the cultivated area, the forest area, the average slope and the average elevation are key determinants of spatial variations in rural poverty, and the effect of each factor is different, which has obvious positive effect and negative effect on each village. The income of traditional planting is low, the obstruction of migrant workers and the transfer income are driven by the poor development of poverty is the formation mechanism of rural poverty in Fenghuang County.
