中文摘要：基于产业视角,采用实地调查法等对广东滨海休闲体育产业发展进行研究,研判困境、分析契机,提出发展建议。研究表明:该区域体育产业发展的现实困境在于产业基础薄弱,发展环境支撑不力;失衡现象严重,包括结构布局失衡与区域失衡;政策落地乏力,发展规划推进缓慢;专业产业人才缺乏,培养机制尚不完善。发展契机:休闲时代大众对美好生活需求内在驱动“美好产业”;粤港澳大湾区、海洋强国、全民健身等国家政策红利释放力量,外部推动产业发展;供给侧改革持续推进,体育产业结构“补短板”,均衡发展内在需求;区域经济结果优化发展需求,内在驱动产业升级。提出建议:主动对接大湾区建设,融入“一湾一带”建设,充分利用发展极效应;强化“魅力广东,欢乐滨海”建设,推进下一阶段滨海旅游规划,注重产业政策落地保障;引入市场力量,加强产业基础建设财政支持,保障产业发展;统筹布局,多层次产业开发水平,提高供给侧质量;优化培养模式与专业办学层次,建设滨海休闲体育产业人才高地。

外文摘要：Based on the perspective of industrial development,means of investigation and literature,etc.are applied on the research of the current situation of the development of Zhanjiang coastal leisure sports industry,either the development opportunity,then the development path was proposed.Research shows that the practical dilemma:the industry hardware foundation is weak,the development environment support is weak;unbalanced industrial distribution and insufficient quality supply;weak industrial policy guarantee,backward development concept.The lack of professional industrial talents restricts the development;development opportunity:the demand of the times,the public’s demand for a better life in the leisure era is internally driven;the great bay area construction,maritime power,national fitness and other policy dividends continue to be released,good opportunities.The supply-side reform of the sports industry is vigorously promoted,and the balanced development demand of the industrial structure is“to strengthen the weak links”.Development path:actively docking the construction of the greater bay area and integrating the construction of the two bay areas;strengthening the construction of industrial basic hardware and providing hardware support for industrial development;improving the industrial policy,ensuring the quality of industrial supply environment;rational overall planning,diversification of industrial development and supply levels,improving the quality of industrial supply system.
