中文摘要:探究构树叶对高脂日粮诱导的营养性肥胖小鼠脂肪代谢的影响及其抗氧化作用。将高脂日粮诱导的营养性肥胖小鼠随机分成对照组、试验1组(添加2%构树叶)和试验2组(添加5%构树叶),试验的第4、7周和等10周分别测定小鼠血液生化和抗氧化指标;10周后剖杀试验小鼠,制作肝脏和肾脏组织切片观察组织结构。饲喂构树叶的肥胖小鼠血浆葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)和丙二醛(MDA)水平显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著升高;而且,饲喂构树叶的肥胖小鼠肝脏细胞脂肪变性显著缓解。说明构树叶能促进营养性肥胖小鼠脂肪分解代谢,增强其抗氧化性能,有效消除高脂日粮诱导的内脏脂肪变性。
外文摘要:To study the effects of Broussonetia papyrifera leaf on lipid metabolism and antioxidation performance in nutritive obese mice induced by high fat diet. 118 nutritive obese mice were randomly divided into control, group 1 and group 2. The serum samples were collected at 4,7 and 10 weeks later respectively and the biochemical parameters related to glucose and lipid metabolism and the antioxidant performance of the animals were detetermined. 10 weeks later, the liver and kidney tissue slices of the mice were prepared and stained by HE method to observe the possible histological changes. The plasma glucose (GLU), triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC),free fatty acid (FFA) and the malonaldehyde (MDA) levels of the obese mice fed Broussonetia papyrifera leaf were significantly decreased,the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) increased significantly than that of control group. Moreover, the hepatic steatosis of the obese mice fed Broussonetia papyrifera leaf were relieved obviously. The fat catabolism and the antioxidant performance of the nutritive obese mice were promoted by Broussonetia papyrifera leaf supplemention in the diet, and the hepatic steatoses of obese mice induced by high fat diet were also eliminated effectively.
