外文摘要:It is vital for the ship intelligent collision avoidance system to make proper and effective real-time collision avoidance decisions. To be suitable for real-time decision-making in marine safety applications, the conventional black widow optimization algorithm is improved in respect of robustness and convergence speed. The new approaches of double chaotic mapping, the Cauchy barycenter reverse differential mutation and the golden sine guidance are employed for the improved black widow optimization (IBWO). The global convergence characteristic of the IBWO is analyzed based on the Markov Process and the convergence probability of 1 is achieved for the globally optimal solution. The " key ship avoidance " strategy is employed for analyzing the factors involved in multi-ship collision risk. Based on the multi-objective function optimization of ship collision risk and voyage loss under constrains of Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGs), the optimal course alteration in the decision-making process of multi-ship collision avoidance is determined by IBWO. The effectiveness of the IBWO is demonstrated by 10 benchmark problems and multi-ship coordinated collision avoidance decision-making experiments. ? 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.
