中文摘要:介绍了一个海上搜寻与救助决策系统的实现原理、结构、功能和特点。讨论了VC#环境访问SQL SERVER数据库、调用MapObjects电子地图控件实现电子海图功能、采用串口编程技术与AIS设备进行通信、多线程调用其它可执行文件等关键技术。系统以电子海图显示为基础,实现对海难事故地点的准确定位,和对海难事故搜寻与救助的可视化管理和智能辅助决策。实际应用表明该系统可靠性好,能满足海上搜寻与救助的需求。
外文摘要:Introduces the structure, functions, main features and their implementation principles of maritime search and rescue decision - making system. Discusses how to access data from SQL SERVER database, how to use MapObjects control, how to communicate with the AIS equipment by the serial programming technology and how to call other execut- able files by multi- threading in VC:~. Based on the electronic chart display system, the sea accident accurate positioning, the search and rescue of visual management and intelligent decision- making for maritime incidents are realized. Experi- ments show that the system run robust and could satisfy the needs of search and rescue at sea.
