外文摘要:Embryos of various stages of develepment of Bufo bufo gargarigan were incubat-ed in water medium and irradited with 0.003W/cm2 of microwave for 1 15 minutes.The viability of the embryos depends on duration microwave irradiated and thestages of development.It has been found that the longer the treatment time, the lower thepercentage of viability; The earlier the stage of embryos be treated,the lower the percentageof viability, i.e.,2 cell stage<8 cell stage
