中文摘要：为了研究珍珠贝壳工艺品,对鲍鱼贝(Abalone shell)、马氏珠母贝(Pinctada martensii)和三角帆蚌(Hyriopsis cumingii)3种具有珍珠光泽的贝壳进行了仿形磨削试验。结果表明:天然弧面贝壳加工后的轮廓是空间曲线,且各不相同,具有特殊的自然美感;磨平的贝壳片加工后轮廓清晰,形状统一,尺寸精准;用同一模板可加工出形状相似尺寸不同贝壳系列产品;仿形磨削加工参数随珍珠贝壳厚度和硬度的不同要进行调节。贝壳仿形磨削可以在珍珠贝壳工艺品加工中进行推广和应用。

外文摘要：In order to research the pearly shell handicraft, three types of shell with pearly luster including abalone shell, pinctada martensi and hyriopsis cumingii were tested by copy- ing grinding. The experimental results showed that： the natural cambered shell has various spa- cial profile curves and special natural beauty; the plane shell has clear contour profiles, uni- form shapes and precise dimensions; a range of shell products with similar shapes and different size can be manufactured by one profiling template; the processing parameters must be regulat- ed with the thickness and hardness of the pearly shells. Copying grinding would be used exten- sively in the processing of pearly shell handicraft.
