外文摘要：Technological innovations provide the micropower for the agricultural sustainable development by continually promoting man's efficiency and ability to sustainingly use agricultural resources and making rural industrial structure rational and steadily improving the quality of rural manpower resources as well as being improving daybyday evaluation technology of agricultural resources.Institution innovations provide a powerful macrobacking for the agricultural sustainable development by laying down reasonable institution arrangement to restrain man's behavior.But in concrete practice of agricultural sustainable development,both sides form a burst of join forces and together put forward the agricultural sustainable develoment.
