中文摘要：本文介绍了一个基于C／S结构、以Microsoft Visual C＋＋6．0为开发平台的商品交易系统的设计与实现。该系统由VC＋＋6．0开发程序界面、以SQL Server 2000数据库作为后台信息存储。本文在实践的基础上，详述了该系统的系统设计、程序开发、ADO访问数据库等关键技术。

外文摘要：This paper describes the design and realization of the “Goods trade system” based on twotier C/S architecture, using developing platform of Microsoft Visual C＋＋ 6.0. The system is developed by Visual C＋＋ 6.0 with database designed by SQL Server 2000. Based on practice, the paper introduces the methods and some key technique of the system development, such as design of system, programming and ADO method of visiting database.
