中文摘要:试验目的在于研究不同梯度枯草芽孢杆菌对AA鸡生长性能、血液生化指标、肠道组织结构的影响。试验选用200只1日龄健康、体重接近的AA鸡,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡,试验期为21 d。试验Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ~Ⅴ组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加100、150、200 mg/kg和250 mg/kg的芽孢杆菌制剂。试验结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌能显著提高生长性能,降低料重比,提高血液中葡萄糖、超氧化物歧化酶的含量(P<0.05);降低血液丙二醛及谷丙转氨酶的含量(P<0.05);对谷草转氨酶的作用不显著(P>0.05)。各试验组能显著增加十二指肠、空肠、回肠的绒毛长度、并降低其隐窝深度(P<0.05),说明枯草芽孢杆菌可提高AA鸡生长性能,优化肠道组织结构。枯草芽孢杆菌在1~21日龄AA鸡日粮中适宜添加量为200 mg/kg。
外文摘要:To investigate the effects of bacillus additive supplemented on growth performance, bloodbiochemical parameters, and small intestine histological morphology in AA broilers. 240 1-day-oldAA mixed-sex broilers were randomly allotted into 5 treatments. Each treatment had 4 replicates, and12 broilers with each replicate. The trail period was lasted for 21 d. The groupⅠwas fed basic diet,The treatment groupⅡ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴwere fed basic diet supplemented with 100, 150, 200, 250 mg/kg ofBacillus, respectively. The results were showed that: Bacillus additive can increase the average dailygain(ADG) and decrease Feed/Gain(F/G). Dietary bacillus could increase serum glucose, superoxidedismutase significantly; and decrease malonyl-dialdehyde(MDA) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)significantly(P<0.05) and there were no significant effect on ALT. Bacillus obviously improved villuslength and reduced depth of crypt. So bacillus was added to broiler diet could improve the growth per-formance, balancee the microorganism florain cecum. The best added amount of bacillus in 1~21 d AAbroiler diet was 200 mg/kg feed.
