中文摘要:2006年4月,从湛江市流沙港马氏珠母贝养殖群体中挑选黄壳色个体为亲本,繁殖黄壳色选系F1。2007年10月,在黄壳色选系F1随机取样,分析了温度和pH对马氏珠母贝肝胰脏消化酶活力的影响。试验结果表明,温度为15~50℃时,淀粉酶和纤维素酶的最适温度分别为25、40℃;温度为15~75℃时,蛋白酶的最适温度为55℃。不同pH范围内,淀粉酶和纤维素酶最适pH值分别为7.0和5.5,蛋白酶最适pH值为2.5和5.0。马氏珠母贝体内消化酶活力淀粉酶〉纤维素酶〉蛋白酶。

外文摘要:Effects of temperature and pH on digestive amylase,cellulase and protease activities in hepatopancreas of pearl oyster Pinctada martensii from the F1 groups with yellow shell color selected in October of 2007 by eleven breeders with yellow shell color selected from Liusha Bay stock in April of 2006.It was found that the optimum temperatures were 25 ℃ for amylase and 40 ℃ for cellulase within the temperature range from 15 ℃ to 50 ℃.The optimum temperature was 55 ℃ for protease when temperature varied from 15 ℃ to 75 ℃.The optimum pH values were 7.5 for amylase and 5.5 for cellulase,with the pH values ranging from 1.5 to 9.0.The optimum pH values for protease were 2.5 and 5.0.The amylase was found to be the maximal activity,and then followed by cellulase and protease in the pearl oyster.
