中文摘要：当前我国食用菌产业发展迅速,使得我国一跃成为食用菌生产大国,产量与质量均在世界前列.但截主目前情况来看,我国仍然不是食用菌生产强国.在此背景下,笔者通过对食用菌特征与生产现状入手进行分析,找出其产业发展的问题,明确战略目标,提出切实有效的发展方向和前景.通过引入先进科学技术,提高创新能力,为食用菌产业的不断发展做的贡献.并建立健全资源培育和新型产业发展模式,通过提升加工制造水平,完善食用菌市场发展机制,为其提供有利的发展体系和适时的政策支持.

外文摘要：At present,China’s edible fungus industry is developing rapidly,making China a big producer of edible fungus with the highest output and quality in the world.However,as of now,China is still not a strong producer of edible fungi.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and production status of edible fungi,the problems of its industrial development are found out,the strategic objectives are defined,and the practical and effective development direction and prospect are put forward.Through the introduction of advanced science and technology,innovation ability will be improved and full contributions to the continuous development of edible fungus industry are also be made.Meanwhile,it is necessary to establish and perfect the mode of resource cultivation and new industry development,and provide favorable development system and timely policy support for edible fungus market development mechanism by improving the processing and manufacturing level.
