中文摘要：岩藻多糖是一种从褐藻或海洋无脊椎动物中提取、纯化获得的天然活性多糖,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、保护肠道屏障等生物学活性,以及提高动物生长性能、改善机体健康和肉品质等作用,对畜牧生产具有重要作用。文章对岩藻多糖的来源、结构、提纯方法及对动物肠道屏障的保护作用进行了综述,并对其未来在动物生产中的应用和研究方向进行了展望,以期为岩藻多糖在畜牧生产中的应用提供参考。

外文摘要：Fucoidan is a kind of natural active polysaccharide extracted and purified from brown algae or Marine invertebrates. It has biological activities such as immune regulation, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, intestinal barrier protection, as well as improving animal growth performance, body health and meat quality, and plays an important role in the development of animal husbandry production. In this paper, the sources, structures, purification methods and protective effects of fucoidan on animal intestinal barrier were reviewed, and the future application and research direction of fucoidan in animal production were prospected, in order to provide reference for the application of fucoidan in animal production.
